A rapid infuser is a countertop machine that uses food-grade N2O to push flavor into cold drinks. Add fruit, herbs or spices to water, juice, tea, cocktails or spirits, release a short burst of gas, and the drink takes on the flavor straight away. No steeping overnight.

How it works

How to use rapid infusers

  1. Fill the bottle

    Add your cold drink and flavorings, like citrus peel, berries, mint or cinnamon, to the 1L bottle.

  2. Attach the gas

    Connect an N2O cream charger tank. Tanks over 1L connect with the InfusionMax adapter hose kit.

  3. Release the gas

    Use the control to release a measured burst of gas into the bottle. You set how strong the infusion is.

  4. Pour and serve

    Strain if you like and serve cold. Rinse the bottle by hand; it isn't dishwasher safe.

What does a rapid infuser do?
It uses food-grade N2O to push the flavor of fruit, herbs or spices into a cold drink in seconds, instead of leaving it to steep for hours or days.
Is the gas tank included?
No. The InfusionMax Rapid Infuser comes with a 1L infusion bottle. Choose an N2O cream charger tank separately.
Which tanks work with the InfusionMax Rapid Infuser?
Food-grade N2O cylinders from major brands up to 2.2L. Tanks up to 1L connect directly; larger tanks need the InfusionMax adapter hose kit.
What drinks can I infuse?
Cold water, juices, teas, ciders, non-alcoholic drinks, flat sodas, beer, wine, spirits and pre-mixed drinks.
Can I put the bottle in the dishwasher?
No. The infusion bottle is hand-wash only.
Can I use the adapter hose with a whipped cream dispenser?
No. The adapter hose kit is made only for the InfusionMax Rapid Infuser. For whipped cream, use a pressure regulator set with your tank.
