Safety & Misuse

Whipped cream chargers contain nitrous oxide. Nitrous oxide must not be inhaled or misused. Misuse may result in serious and irreversible health consequences, including loss of consciousness, asphyxiation, serious injury, or death.

Food use only. Do not inhale the nitrous oxide contained in whipped cream chargers.

Whipped cream chargers supplied by Infinite Gas are intended only for the preparation of food and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Infinite Gas does not permit or support the misuse of its products. Customers agree not to purchase or use our products for inhalation, intoxication, recreational, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited purposes.

If we reasonably suspect that a customer intends to misuse our products, we reserve the right to refuse the sale, cancel an order, restrict future purchases, or take other appropriate action.

Keep all pressurized gas products out of reach of children.

Infinite Gas will not sell these products to anyone under the age of 18. We may require age verification before processing or fulfilling an order.

Product Safety

Before using any whipped cream-making equipment, you must read and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Only use chargers with compatible equipment and in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions.

• Use only the number of chargers specified by the equipment manufacturer.
• Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended pressure or charger capacity.
• These chargers contain liquid nitrous oxide under pressure. Improper handling or attempting to pierce or open a charger without the correct equipment may cause serious injury or freeze burns.
• Do not puncture, crush, modify, dismantle, or tamper with chargers.
• Do not incinerate chargers or expose them to excessive heat, flames, or direct sunlight.
• Store chargers in a cool, dry, and appropriately ventilated location.
• Do not dispose of full or pressurized chargers improperly.
• Keep chargers away from children and unauthorized users.
• Follow all applicable transportation and carrier requirements for pressurized gas products.

Consumer Terms of Sale

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR RECORDS.

1. Format of the Contract

1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to goods supplied by Infinite Gas through our website.

1.2 Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. A contract is formed when Infinite Gas accepts your order.

1.3 After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. An automated confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

1.4 If we accept your order, we may notify you by email. If we are unable to accept your order, including because products are unavailable, we may notify you and provide an applicable refund.

1.5 If, after accepting your order, we discover that products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted from shipment, or cannot otherwise be fulfilled, we reserve the right to cancel the affected products and issue an applicable refund.

1.6 Your order remains subject to any applicable cancellation and refund rights described in these Terms and our Refund Policy.

1.7 We may terminate or cancel an order where payment has not been successfully received or authorized.

1.8 Infinite Gas may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Updated terms will generally apply to future purchases.

2. Description and Price of Goods

2.1 Product descriptions, specifications, and prices will be displayed on our website at the time you place your order.

2.2 If all or part of your order becomes unavailable after acceptance, we may cancel the affected items and refund any amount paid for those items.

2.3 If only some products in your order become unavailable, we may contact you regarding available options, including cancellation of the affected items or substitution where appropriate.

2.4 Every effort is made to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If we discover a material pricing error, we may notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order.

2.5 If products are unavailable or incorrectly priced and a new order is placed, these Terms of Sale will apply to that new order.

2.6 In addition to the product price, you may be required to pay applicable shipping charges. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

2.7 Any promotional or free items are subject to availability and may be subject to additional promotional conditions.

2.8 Promotional and discount codes may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other restrictions stated with the promotion.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for products and applicable shipping charges may be made using the payment methods displayed on our website during checkout.

3.2 Orders will not normally be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized or received.

3.3 We may place an order on hold or cancel it if payment cannot be authorized, additional verification is required, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Delivery

4.1 Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided when you place your order.

4.2 Orders are normally processed according to the processing and delivery information displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

4.3 If delivery cannot be made to your address because of circumstances within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

4.4 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and for taking reasonable steps to receive the shipment.

4.5 If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failure to receive the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.

4.6 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery period. However, reasonable or unavoidable carrier delays and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

4.7 If a package appears visibly damaged when delivered, customers should document the condition of the package and contact us as soon as possible.

5. Risk and Title

5.1 Risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable law.

5.2 Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer once Infinite Gas has received payment in full for the applicable order, subject to applicable law.

6. Business Customers

If you purchase products as a business customer, additional terms may apply to your order, including payment, shipping, resale, and account terms.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring that products are stored, handled, transported, and used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer requirements, and safety instructions.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation and return rights are subject to applicable federal and state law, the nature of the products purchased, and our Refund Policy.

To request cancellation of an order, contact us as soon as possible using the contact information below and provide your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the order may be subject to our applicable return procedures.

Certain consumable, sealed, pressurized, or safety-sensitive products may be subject to return restrictions where permitted by law.

8. Warranty

8.1 Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or a warranty expressly provided by Infinite Gas. The applicable warranty terms will govern where a warranty applies.

8.2 Warranty coverage does not generally apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

8.3 If you believe a product is defective, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and details of the issue.

8.4 If products are damaged during delivery, contact us promptly after receipt and provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage where possible.

8.5 If products are defective or incomplete when received, contact us promptly so that we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.

8.6 Where a valid warranty or defect claim exists, Infinite Gas may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law and the applicable warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Gas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.3 Customers are responsible for using products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and warnings.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Data Protection

Infinite Gas takes reasonable measures to protect information associated with customer orders and payments.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Product Images

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product, packaging, labeling, or appearance.

Product images, descriptions, logos, and other website content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reused without appropriate authorization.

Products returned because of a suspected defect may be inspected or tested to determine whether the reported issue is covered by an applicable warranty or return policy.

Customers should package returned products appropriately and use a trackable shipping service where possible.

Certain pressurized, consumable, opened, or safety-sensitive products may have return restrictions where permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale and purchases made through Infinite Gas are subject to applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state applicable to Infinite Gas, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from an order or these Terms will be handled by a court having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

14. Discount and Gift Vouchers

Discount codes, promotional vouchers, and gift vouchers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or other conditions communicated at the time they are issued.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Infinite Gas reserves the right to refuse or cancel a promotional code if it has been used in violation of its applicable terms or obtained through unauthorized means.
